Paul G. Finizio, Esq.


Paul G. Finizio, Esq., is a well established trial litigation lawyer with over 30 years of experience in all areas of law with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, commercial transactions and disputes, as well as family law.


In 1983 he earned his Juris Doctor (J.D) of Law from Nova Southeastern University School of Law after having attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate degree in Finance. While at the University of Florida he was a candidate for completion of the MBA Program and serving an internship at Laventhol & Howarth, an international public accounting firm when he received admissions to Nova Southeastern University School of Law. At Nova, Paul was elected Student Body President and represented the school at the nation and International Conferences and ABA Conventions.

He was admitted to the Florida Bar Association in 1984. Paul is fluent in Spanish, Italian and English and is proficient in French and Portuguese.


Paul is a member of The Florida Bar, The Broward County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, National Italian American Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, the Federal Bar,  and Southern & Middle Districts of Florida.

A well established public and motivational speaker, Paul instructed over 1,000 students in Dale Carnegie Human Relations courses in Broward and Palm Beach Counties from 1985-1995. He is also a member of and regular speaker for the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers of the United Kingdom, The International Bar Association, The Pan-European Organization of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association. He has served as President of Toastmasters while maintaining memberships in Friends of the Library, Optimists Clubs and B.P.O Elks.

Paul is the past President of Il Circolo, the Italian Cultural Society of the Palm Beaches; NIABA, the National Italian American Bar Association and the Symphony of the Americas. He also serves on the advisory board of Nova Southeastern University and is a member of the Board of Ambassadors at Nova Southeastern University and the Board of Governors at Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

He supports the American Heart Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Special Olympics and Breast Cancer Foundations, among others.
